The conventional approach to cure ceramic tiles can take minimum 12 hours up to 24 hours. This automated drying machine aims to cure the tiles by forced convection of heat wind so that the curing time can be greatly saved by up to 66%.
The following picture shows the overview of an automated dryer for ceramic tile. The design was comissioned by and belonged to Triple-Sonic Enterprise Co., Ltd.
