Thermal Modeling and Simulation of Expression Microdissection

The following poster was presented in the poster session of Frontier in Optics/Laser Science. This study aims to find how temprature of a darkly-stained tumor tissue response under different laser excitation conditions. The size of cancer cell are also considered for discussion. The researchers can have deeper understanding on the physics of optical tissue microdissection.
